As the Sarasota Lawn Bowling Club approaches its Centennial in 2027, we are focused on preserving and strengthening one of the club’s most important assets — our bowling green. The green is truly the heartbeat of our club and the foundation for the sport and community that has existed here for nearly a century.
To help ensure the continued care and improvement of the green, the club has launched a Green Restoration Partnership Initiative. This initiative invites a limited number of local businesses to partner with the Sarasota Lawn Bowling Club in supporting the long-term sustainability of the facility while also connecting with a historic Sarasota organization and its members.
Through this partnership, participating businesses will receive recognition within the club and its communications while helping support a project that will benefit the club and its members for years to come. Our goal is to restore and maintain the green so that the Sarasota Lawn Bowling Club can continue serving the community and welcoming new generations of players well into the future.
The Sarasota Lawn Bowling Club is a registered 501(c) nonprofit organization, and businesses should consult their tax advisor regarding the treatment of sponsorship contributions.
As this initiative launches during our founding partnership year, the partnership levels included with this packet reflect introductory founding-partner pricing. Beginning next year, sponsorship levels are expected to increase. Businesses that participate in this founding year will be recognized as Founding Green Partners and will have the opportunity to renew their sponsorship annually at their original founding rate, even as new partnership levels increase.
